Crown Care Group are an established Operator and Developer of Care Homes for the elderly, with a strong reputation for delivering luxurious surroundings & facilities, in purpose built, high quality, design led care homes; and which are CQC highly rated.
We are recruiting for Carers to join us. Applicants should possess a genuine commitment to providing the highest quality of care within our beautiful new purpose-built care home setting, working alongside the other Care Staff
The successful candidate will;
- Have 1 years previous experience of working in a similar care role, or have a genuine interest in working in the care industry
- Have a proven stable employment record and references
The ideal candidate will;
- Have the ability to work in a warm and inviting atmosphere, caring for residents
- Be able to provide person centred care
- Be able to multi-task, liaise and drive forward activity on site
- Be able to act on your own initiative and have the confidence in your ability
A DBS will be completed before commencement of the role.
Full Time role. A variety of shifts will cover all 7 days of the week (including alternate weekend working).
