We have a full time position for a self motivated, enthusiastic Care Coordinator to come and join our experienced team at Spring Cottages Home Care Ltd.
If you are passionate about providing care and support to clients and hold an NVQ level 2 or above with 12 months experience in a similar post then please give us a call.
The duties will include:
allocating clients to carers.
liaising with allied professionals
taking part in staff meetings
Full time position
Paid On-call rota
Allocating client/staff schedules
Record keeping, writing clients care plans and risk assessment.
Assisting manager with auditing and driving high standards.
Staff spot checks
Liaising with other professionals
Car driver essential
Mileage Paid
some client caee will be required.
Will include working alternate weekends
