This role is based in the UK on a homeworking contract or based in our London office. Christian Aid is currently trialing a hybrid working model and you will be required to attend the office for a minimum of 2 days per week with the option to work remotely for the remaining 3 days per week.

The salary quoted is for homeworking, if based in our London office, the salary will be £41,946 - £45,436.

About the role

This role is pivotal to Christian Aid's flagship fundraising campaign, Christian Aid Week, and is an exciting opportunity to be a part of the team that delivers this transformational event for the organisation. The post holder will provide operational project management of Christian Aid Week; this will include campaign planning, stakeholder management, design, support of innovation, delivery and implementation. They will work in close collaboration with key internal stakeholders in various teams and locations across the UK and Ireland, particularly within our community fundraising and nations teams, and within Individual Giving, Brand & Creative and Digital. The post holder will be responsible for the day-to-day running and coordination of the campaign and will be supported by the Christian Aid Week Officer and Campaign Lead.

About you

You will have excellent project management skills with a track record in managing large multi-channel projects working to agreed timelines and budgets. You will have demonstrable experience of developing successful community fundraising campaigns and ideally have some experience of direct marketing/digital fundraising/challenge event fundraising. You will be an expert at building relationships with the ability to inspire, motivate, negotiate and influence at all levels both internally and externally. You will have a high level of numeracy with strong organisational and planning skills and be flexible to adapt whilst remaining solutions-focused. You will be a team player driven to achieve success within a transformational organisation.

Pay: £37,343.00-£40,833.00 per year
