We are looking for an enthusiastic receptionist to join our supportive and close-knit team at Elizavet. You will work alongside vets and nurses.
You will be working with our front-line clinical teams to support the delivery of the highest quality pet care service to our clients and their pets.
More specifically, The Receptionists will be responsible for helping to maintain a friendly but effective first-line of patient contact, deal with patient tasks appropriately, follow our systems and protocols and keep the practice presentable and safe.
Responsibilities include answering patient queries on the phone, and booking patients. You'll need to follow our systems, policies, and procedures carefully and ensure that you always maintain confidentiality.
