Job Purpose: As a Cafe Assistant you will help your line managers with daily tasks in order to run the site smoothly.
Location: White city - W12 7HB
Pay: £10.50/ Hour

Working hours: Minimum 20 a week, shifts are scheduled on a rota basis between 7am-7:30pm(subject to change) weekdays and weekends.
Job purpose:
- To prepare drink orders for customers - this includes freshly brewing coffee
- To serve customers and operate the tills
- To advise our customers about our food and drink products
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times
- Refill/ top-up drinks in fridges
- General cleaning and maintenance e.g. mopping floors
- Stock taking
- This job requires you to stand throughout your working shifts
- You will be mainly stationed in the cafe area
- Manual Handling - lifting, bending, stretching and carrying heavy items
Essential Skills:
- Previous customer service experience
- Previous barista experience is preferable, full training is provided
A two hour trial shift is required before employment can be considered.
