Part-time Receptionist - Ness Walk Hotel, Inverness
24 hours per week = 3 days, mixture of early and late shifts. Early shift is 7am-3pm/3pm-11pm.

We are looking for an enthusiastic welcoming individual to join our small Reception Team of 5 . We are looking for someone who can maintain a positive and calm outlook, a friendly approach, can communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, pay close attention to detail and a desire to provide exceptional customer service with our Guests. When Guests arrive at Ness Walk we require a Highland Welcome by our Concierge and Reception Team. Whilst they are staying with us our Team are on hand to provide them with excellent, friendly and attentive service.
To be considered for the role as a Receptionist, you must have previous experience of working within a luxury, quality Hotel as a Receptionist. You must have good knowledge of a Front Office System or certainly understand your way around a computer. Training can be given. The Front Office System we use is Reslynx . You will be required to work 5 days from 7 which includes weekends. Shifts are 7am-3.30pm and 3pm-11.30pm (approximately) there are some middle shifts 10am-6pm or 11am-7pm depending on our levels of business. 18 years + Rate of pay £11.40 per hour, depending on experience and paid on a monthly basis.
Naturally, you will be a guest service focused individual and passionate about delivering world class hospitality to all our guests.
