Here at GXO we are recruiting for a Warehouse Administrator on a full time, permanent basis to join our GXO Drinks site in Coventry. You will be working any 5 days out of 7, covering the day shift – 06:00 –14:00.

What you’ll do on a typical day:


  • Liaising on a day-to-day basis with warehouse and transport teams

  • Collating operational KPI information accurately and within agreed timescales

  • Maintaining and performing daily checks and maintenance of system integrity and hygiene

  • Competing all perpetual inventory activity within agreed areas

  • Effectively working with team members


What you need to succeed at GXO


  • Understanding and knowledge of warehouse routines and systems

  • Experience in date entry and maintenance

  • Good written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent IT knowledge and ability to work your way around systems

  • Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team
