Office Administrator


 

ECS Systems install & maintain security systems for a wide range of clients. We have a full time, permanent role for a call handler/office administrator, Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm.

The salary is £25,000 - £27,000 dependent on experience.

We are based in Sidcup, Kent, DA15 7DN, 5 minutes’ walk from Sidcup train station with bus routes 51,229.233, 286 and 625 stopping nearby.

If you enjoy working in a fast paced office as a part of a friendly team, answering client calls and providing excellent customer service, this could be the role for you.

This role requires a calm, confident, quick thinker who has experience of using initiative to assist clients, generate solutions and book in work for engineers through clear and timely communication.

Attention to detail, updating our client database and experience of composing accurate and professional email communication is essential.

Experience of the security systems industry is highly desirable as knowledge of the technical terminology is extremely helpful.
